📝 Registration & Documentation
- Official Channels Only – Register via NAHCON’s official portal or designated offices. No last‑minute or unofficial entries will be accepted.
- Accurate Info – Ensure passport details, visa data, and personal info are 100% correct before submission.
✈️ Flights & Travel
- NAHCON‑Approved Airlines – You must fly with Air Peace, FlyNas, Max Air, or Umza Air.
- Tickets Linked to Nusuk Card – Each ticket is digitally tied to your Nusuk card and assigned bus in Saudi Arabia.
- Strict Departure Times – Stick to your allocated flight date/time. Missing it = penalties + possible loss of seat cost.
- Boarding Card Required – You’ll receive a Saudi‑issued boarding card before departure with full itinerary details.
👥 Group Movement
- Groups of 45 – Pilgrims stay together under a leader throughout Makkah, Madinah, Masha’ir, and return as a unit.
- No Group Switching After Visa – Once your visa is issued, you cannot change groups under any circumstances.
🩺 Medical Requirements (Mandatory!)
- Medical Fitness Certificate – Must be issued by a certified hospital approved by your State Pilgrims’ Welfare Board.
- Vaccinations Required
- Meningococcal ACWY – within 5 years and at least 10 days before travel.
- COVID‑19 – proof of full vaccination (approved by Saudi Arabia) with last dose between 2021‑2025, at least 2 weeks before travel.
- Polio – IPV or bOPV/novel OPV2 at least 4 weeks prior (recorded on Yellow Card).
- Yellow Fever – mandatory for all over 9 months old.
- Disqualifying Conditions – Major organ failure, severe neurological/psychiatric disorders, active cancer treatment, high‑risk pregnancy, TB, hemorrhagic fever, etc. If detected, you won’t be allowed entry and may face deportation costs.
💰 Payments & Remittances
- State Boards Must Pay On Time – Late remittance = loss of allocated slots. Saudi Arabia refunds excess camp funds directly to NAHCON, not states.
- CBN Charges – A 2% fee applies; NAHCON is negotiating a reduction.
🧍♂️ Pre‑Arrival & Logistics
- Pre‑Arrival Data Upload – NAHCON must submit group manifests, accommodation, and bed‑space details 72 hrs before flight.
- Luggage Allowance – 2 × 23 kg checked bags + 1 backpack as hand luggage per pilgrim.
